It is our job to produce as much income as fast as possible, while insuring the Facility is maintained and restored after each use. The underlying business philosophy of METRO LOCATIONS is the belief that no single production company is more important than the Facility and its ability to generate future income. It is imperative that the owners are satisfied with the service provided by METRO LOCATIONS and its ability to control the film process. The goals of METRO LOCATIONS are to: 1. Apply the proven techniques of professional real estate management to the management of practical film locations; 2. Minimize the impact from filming while generating as much revenues as quickly as possible for the owners of the facility; and 3. Remove the management and administrative burden from owners who would like to receive the revenues from filming, but lack the time and/or expertise to effectively and efficiently manage the process.
